Interested in seeing what kind of results I'm getting from over clocking the cpu and the gpu I have. Some benchmarking freeware would be handy for this, if there's owt about that people trust and provides reliable results. I'll welcome anything though that is useable for nothing, be it freeware or trial software. Anyone any useful links? Would be grateful. Ta.

Heaven benchmark from Unigine should suit your needs. Try some of their other benchmarks too.

Asus Realbench is a good one that stresses your system with a bunch of realworld benchmarks (rendering 3D, applying effects to images etc). AIDA64 is another good one that has a handy System Stability Test, it's paid software but you can run it as a trial.
