Point of View GTX 470, can I tweak voltage?

Just bought this from overclockers today, but when I start up MSI afterburner, the clocks are reading incorrectly, and the voltage mod bar is locked out.

Might blantantly obvious, but is this because this card is not MSI, and it cannot be overvolted?

470 uses power management features that downclock your cards clocks when the card is idle, is that what you mean? to unlock voltage control in MSI, click settings and check the unlock voltage control box.

Downloaded the latest version and it works ok now, unlocked voltage control and now I can change it.

Will do some reading up before I change it though. At the moment I wouldn't know by how much to increase it by.

The max limit you can use is within the max volts recommended for the 470 by Nvidia.
