Woo Finally :) . I guess this means all pre order will be shipped tomorrow (my order says 'In our warehouse queue').

not a knock on OCUK prices as they are actully some of the cheapest on the net.... but why would anyone buy a GTX480 over a 5970 at these prices, the Sapphire OC model goes for £499

I'm running the Sapphire OC 5970. once you know how to set it up right, via CCC settings. (as i was doing things wrong, till my mate put me in the right direction :D) it's an exellent card.

I also orderd the 480 coz i'm nuts. so i want to see what it can do. :p
My missus would kill me if she knew... but they go out and buy cloths/shoes etc, so why can't we do the same and make are selfs skint ;) we work hard for it :) lol
Rant over!!

Anyone had a shipping confirmation yet? Given the delays I believe nothing until it appears in black and white.

Same here, been checking account page + email throughout the day and still no confirmation. Really hope to get the card before the weekend.

edit: still no email for dispatch so guess not all backorders have been shipped today? :(

I called them up just after 5pm, and the person I spoke to said they only got 5 in today (even though I was informed this morning that stock had been assigned to my order in the warehouse), which is strange as I was told last week I was fourth in the queue. They said that more would be in stock tomorrow..

Edit: Just got shipping confirmation. :)
