does the 'Point of View Ion Intel Atom N230' motherboard come with an external PSU like the Zotac?

also what are POV like, ive never heard of them...

No problems here with POV, currently usaing one of thier GTX 260 cards. Previously had one of there 8800GTS 320Mb as well with no issues
