Pointing two users at one location in XP?

I have two users on the pc, but I want to store all the photos in just one folder on a partition separate from my XP install. Is is possible to change the location of both "My Pictures" folders to point at the same folder on the other partition without them interfering with eachother?
Don't want to try it and risk losing anything till I'm sure (cause I really cba restoring that much from backups if I can avoid it!)

you can change that users "my documents" folder which should in turn change the users "my pictures" folder

never tryed setting 2 users to have the same my documents folder.

I will also be moving the "My Docs" onto the d: as well, but I want to keep them separate for each user. It's just the "My Photos" I want to have pointing at the same location.

you can do it with "tweak ui"

Shouldn't be a problem, you should simply have to re-point the folder and make sure they both have full permissions on the folder.
