Points on Driving Licence

I have just got back my new Driving Licence from an old paper one. I have just noticed on the Counterpart that I have an SP30 Offence. It was issued on the 12/10/04.

Can I get it removed now, or do I have to wait another year :confused:

it should have been removed by now :|... or is it 3 years then the points you got are removed?

4 years till you can remove them.

included for totting up purposes for 3, but still valid

Bummer, well I have got this far, so it shouldn't be an problem for the other 24 months

I'm clean now thankfully (*touches wood*). Had a few scares on motorways but heard nothing from them
