I was waiting for someone else to post this but I thought I might aswell and you can make fun out of me.

New pokemon game for DS. Wonder what the next one will be called?

Just as Yellow was to Blue and Red..Platinum is the same as Diamond/Pearl.

It's adding an image somewhere else when you're not hosting it. It's not so bad on major sites (but still frowned upon in the rules) but when you do it to someones private site it can murder their bandwidth and it's not unheard of for them to change the image to something... unsavoury...

Just a safety thing really.

Never played a pokemon game before but my old flatmate told me they're actually good games!? Is there any truth to that statement? I just assumed it was cashing in on the cartoon

The games are awesome. Played every single one, all the way back to red. Must have racked up at least 100-150 hours per game.

Interesting, from what i can grasp it uses a reasonably old school RPG battle system. I may well invest in this as i really want a decent RPG for my DS.

I'm not a fan of RPG's at all but there's somethin about the pokemon games that I just can't stop playing lol, ever since i got Blue for my old GBC

This should be an awesome addition though the only trouble I find is that I dont know who any of these new pokemon are lol....reminds me of this VG Cats comic strip http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=263

Is it a new storyline or just a "Yellow" version of Pearl/Diamond?

Thought Pearl was pretty good.
