What is a good demo or full poker game, preferably Texas Hold-em?

Play online for play money, playing against other people beats playing against a computer.

I was playing puzzle pirates and wandered into the bar where I saw loads of people playing Hearts, Poker and the occasional sword fight. Bit annoying that you'd have to go blige a ship if you run out of money but least you don't go hungry.

Digital Donahue Poker 2.5 provides a good program for full ring games, I used it for learning and still go back to play it sometimes when I want to play poker rather than make money.

Lots of configurable options, excellent learning tool. Can be used as a blinds manager for home games too.

I found Hoyle casino pretty good. Not hardcore, but fun, with loads of Poker variants and a few other games thrown in, like Roulette, Slot Machines, Craps, etc.

Maybe not for the die-heard poker fanatic... but pretty decent for a casual game.
