For those suffering the 100% GPU usage I've noticed if I use the slider on Trixx to set the GPU to 1000mhz for the clock, it seems to reset the GPU back to non 100% mode.

You can then reset the GPU back to normal to live your life in a more cool environment.

I've had to do this 3 times and all times it has worked (rebooting has not helped at all, only reinstalling in the past).
