My god my opinions on Americans have been changed in an instant.

You have to understand that cops go through a lot of **** so I can see their point of view for not having these forms.
 
Well, my opinion about an entire nation has certainly been changed by the behaviour of a small number of bad apples!

What about those Muslims all being terrorists too?! What's happening with the world?!?!

I think it's absolutely shocking, hideous behaviour, but I'd hardly be so ignorant as to extend that judgement to all Police officers, nevermind all Americans.

Well they may be bad but for a starter:
  • They are tougher than our local police therefore better ability to fight tough crime - our police are likely to need a pair of fluffy gloves to deal with criminals!
  • I like their attiude, it is exactly what our justice/law have missed sorely - eg too much PC & human rights going on here etc
  • Our country lacking too many prison cells - in comparsion with US, they have 2 millions prisoners! Thats about one in every 150 americans! :eek:

It's not different police forces we're discussing, it's the disgrace of DEMANDING ID and not listening to or simply explaining the situation to a fully law abiding citizen. Don't start hammering on about tough crime.

I don't find it the least bit shocking. So what, they don't have forms for a complaint. If you want to put a complaint in writing, then write a letter. In virtually all of those cases, the officers were trying to take the complaint to deal with it, and the guy was being intentionally awkward to provoke them. Imagine if someone came into your place of work and started demanding a form to make an official complaint about one of your colleges. Only one I thought was unacceptable, was the one that started threatening, and put his hand on his gun and possibly the one where they threatened to give the guy a ticket.

All seems like a load of trouble making to get ratings to me.
 
Some of them went way OTT. But the video seemed very edited and he was provoking them for a reaction. As one of the cops said, someone asking for to make a complaint but not wanting to give any details is a tad suspicious...
