45-50 minutes to work, 30-35 minutes return home. (~20 mile commute, by car)

Cut 10 to 15 minutes from the morning commute during school holidays.

Usually about an hour from home to office. Can take a day or so if I go offshore, lol.

Took 2.5 hours to get home last night though because of the flooding up here in Aberdeenshire / Angus.

I used to drive and it would take anything from 30 - 75 minutes depending on traffic and school holidays.

I now get the train (same start and finish location) which takes 20 mins, plus a 10 minute walk at each end.

Since I returned to work after paternity leave on 11th November I have worked from home. I would normally go to the Slough office 1-2 times a week which is a 1hr 30min drive each way. It's not too bad, fuel is paid for. Occasionally I'll go to the London office which is again 1hr 30min but via train/tubes.

This morning I rolled out of bed at 8:50am, made a coffee, then locked myself in my home office :)

30-40 minute cycle depending on weather, traffic, traffic lights, laziness and level of hang over.

Currently looking for new opportunities, if that turns out to be London we'll be talking 2hrs plus.
