I firmly believe anyone who thinks that they are 'Happy' and even 'Contented' in this day and age should be locked up for their own protection. If you're resident in the UK and not a Multi-Millionaire/airess then you SHOULD be paranoid, depressed and probably suicidal. If not there's something wrong with you!

I guess at the time it was serious, not any more though. I've become kind of immune to it now, most of my family (including me) are fruitloops.
 
1. aspergers. Pretty much puts me in a world of my own ...my own solipsistic hell perhaps.

People always assume i have zero emotions or im quite cold when unfortunately i would say the opposite is the case...
 
One of my uncles suffered from depression quite badly but thankfully he's now doing much better, he subsequently changed jobs and is about as happy as anyone else is last time I heard.

One of the terrible things about mental illness is stigma that it still has, especially when you consider how many people will suffer from some form of mental illness in their lives. It can also inflict quite a heavy toll on the family and friends too.

Same here, unfortunately I have the emotions that I don't want and I'm missing the ones that are probably useful, e.g. sympathy and empathy.
 
Bipolarity.

My friend has been unable to work for 2 years, gotten that bad.
(She does want to work but they send her home and tell her to come back when better etc.)

same but i have autism http://www.bupa.co.uk/individuals/health-information/directory/a/autism (i dont have any learning disabilities though and i can learn stuff that intrests me fast)
pretty much the same as aspergers anyway but generally more severe

its wierd because some films make me cry but in general i dont really care about people , i could probably beat the crap out of someone and not understand what they are going through while its happening, your about the same? if i see someone crying even someone i know i dont feel anything and i cant understand what they are going through , i cant place myself in someone elses position like i assume normal people can

not that i would do such a thing just because i can i dont get violent impulses at all
