This is the best investment since sliced bread. I am going to buy 200 sqm and sit on them for a few years I have calculated I will make 68.7p per sqm per year.
Yes this is a very good investment have my monies.

Wouldn't bother replacing glass in the roof, but replacing glass for 4mm twin wall polycarbonate in the sides makes sense if you have young kids.

Most glass in old greenhouses isn't safety glass, last year I had about a dozen panes just crack in mine, which I put down to the age of the glass, & aluminum frame expanding just enough in the heat to stress the glass.

The glass in my greenhouse comprise of three 2'x2' (6') panes per row, which I replaced with a single 6'x2' 4mm polycarbonate sheet.

I got my 4mm from Omegabuild (they have a Ebay shop as well) for £10:70p for a 6'x2' sheet, shop around you might find cheaper.
