When I have had this I have just given them a good spray and soak with lithium grease and it’s done the job.

This is the negative of polybushes. To do it correctly you drill and tap and fit grease nipples and invest in a grease gun.

You can cut voids, not ideal, or above but disassembly and coating with a good grease is usually a good regular maintenance routine to get into. Have read of the article below.
