Poop threat

the writer of the note is obviously insane, a Brexiteer, a DM reader or all three, good job we have strict gun laws.

We have such a note writer in my street, leaving notes on your car when you park in front of her house, silly bitch.
 
I put something similar on my fence after a huge one appeared outside my house. I knew who it was from my CCTV but the fence blocked the view of the dog doing it unfortunately else I would have reported her too. People not picking up after their dogs is disgusting.

Yea because a "remainer" would just be pooped all over and be fine with it? :P
 
Realistically would the council do anything if they had photo's and the addresses of those who committed this heinous offence?

I see these signs saying you couid get fined for reckless pooping. How much evidence do they need?

Should this vigilante also have kept the poop so it can be DNA sampled to ensure a concrete case?

Or would phone video evidence of the pooping offence being committed in real time and the owner then sauntering off be sufficient?
