....carrying my brand spanking new Mac Pro! Finally it arrives :)

Wow, this thing FLYS. Extremely Insane. I have a few comments.

1. Disapointed no MacRemote wasnt included. I thought they came as standard with all Macs? Maybe just Laptops.

2. This made up for point 1 - Media Control on the Apple Keyboard. A Nice surprise!

3. How small are the USB Leads for Keyboard and Mouse? Holy Cow! Only one extender included so i gave the boot to the Mouse which i was going to do anyway because my Logitech MX518 had already filed that position.

3. How Heavy? Does the box want to be any bigger? :)

4. WOW, Goodbye PC! Hello Mac!

Tonight is going to be fun :p

What's that? TTIUWP I know I know, i will post them soon!

Hope its not too big. I need to brush up on my photography skills! hahaha :)

I went for 2 x Quad Core 2.8Ghz, 2GB Ram (Upgrading Soon, No Idea what i need though), 2600XT, 320GB but i have 3 500GB ready to be slotted in. Standard Specification. :) Currently transferring all my files across from PC.

Is it me or does the network transfer speed seem faster with a Mac? Its just going crazily fast?

I dont even know if the Mac is on its so quiet. Amazing really.

Currently displaying it on a Dell 24" jobber. ACD are just way to expensive and are, from i have heard, bad screens.

I will have a look in the inners soon :) Completely forgot about it too be honest! Ha.

Im finding it quite hard to adapt to this Web Development environment on Mac, i guess it will take time :(

I will keep an eye out for them keogh. Its taking me a while to adapt to Leapord. It has some nice features but feels slightly sluggish every now and then ?. Tiger however seemed great and nippy on my MacBook.

Is there a shortcut key to go straight to the desktop, like "Show Desktop" on PC?

If you havent' already, downloaded the logitech control centre for OSX for your logitech mouse. Then inside the logitech icon under system preferences, you can assign functions to the mouse's extra function keys.

I.e Expose, show desktop etc

Wow that would be very handy. I will search!
