Poor HDMI picture

Afternoon peeps,

I have just got a new shuttle at work that has been built for us. We required dual monitors and ideally wanted one HDMI and one DVI.

They have put a HD 5450 in and the quality of HDMI picture is awful.

Can anyone recommend a low profile card with HDMI and DVI that will produce the same quality picture. DVI and VGA from both on-board and the ATI card is great, but the HDMI is a real let down the text is really hard on the eyes when reading.

Thanks

Andy

Is the monitor set to it's native resolution? That's usually what causes a blurry picture.

I doubt the HD 5450 is at fault there. It could as well be the monitor not accepting proper chroma HDMI input.
