Poor internet conn??

Im on 2mb dsl via wireless and i swear the last few days my net has got incredibely slow! seems to take forever to do anything like loading images and some webpages. I ran the dsl speed test and got this

surely thats wrong?

even previewing this post took about 10seconds!

Try to BT speedtest (instructions in the sticky) and see what figure that gives.
