Poor / no mobile signal advice

Over the last 6 week's my mobile signal is gone from been good to bad / not existing inside my house getting 1.2mbs on a good day if it's working.

Been in touch with three who's offered a whole £7 off a £65 month bill, part of email says
"My systems have finished running their checks and it seems you're in an area where we have service limitation. This means the services are working as expected but the signal isn't reaching you."

But on the website it shows perfect coverage in my area and says "kicking indoors blackspots ass"


Just wondering what you guys would do

Probably a faulty local mast, I had a similar issue with EE great signal for years then dire for a few weeks all of a sudden back to normal.

Took a lot of calls to eventually discover what was up.
 
My Three signal went from pretty good to not working even for calls inside on the ground floor (at around the time they went to 4G). Three's only suggestion was to enable Wi-Fi calling.

I changed to Tesco (O2) and the problem was fixed.
 
Tried 3g still same, thing is down road where I work which is like 0.8mile away I get 30 to 40mbs in middle of a factory.

Only got 4 months left with them and going to be leaving after 8years of no problems I think
 
my three signal is a bit patchy at home but the three wifi calling app fills in ,my 4g is great at work in launceston where some are struggling to get anything ,so swings and roundabouts
