I have a co-lo server on 100mbps and I am trying to transfer some files off it but I can't get more than about 50-100KB/s. I initially tried IIS6 FTP then HTTP and have now tried multiple other FTP servers and an IRC DCC send all with similar results. Now what I can't understand is that I have no problem getting megabyte per second speeds on BitTorrent including to individual peers, both up and down. So it can't just be that the connection is crap or that there are problems with my host 
Any ideas? Here are the specs of my server:
1.8GHz P4
512MB RAM
2x80GB RAID0
Windows 2003 Server
