pop up windows

hi all ..

i was wondering if there was a way to stop pop up windows or new link windows opening right at the top of ya screen ..

is there a setting so when u`re using say IE an it opens a new window it`ll open more in the centre of the screen instead of right at the top of the screen ?

reason being is i prefer my start bar across the top of my monitor (from my miggy days) an everytime i open a new window it hides under the start bar , also i like to auto hide my bar aswell sorry

any ideas ??

You could tell IE to open links in a new tab.

set IE to open all links in another tab so now when i click on a link now instead of openning a pop up window it opens in another tab brill
