Pop Ups!!! help!!!

I keep getting a pop up, well, a pop up that changes, it can either be full screen browser, or a smaller browser, it pops up every 5 mins and only started yesterday, im starting to get very very annoyed now.. please help.

I neeed some decent spyware software, either free or premium and same with a pop up blocker...

please help!!!

Cheers buddy, i used to use adware, im gona start again i always liked it, infact, i told my mate to get it yesterday lol,

What browser are you using? I'd get something like Ad-aware or Spybot to scan for adware. Give Spywareblaster a go as well. That should stop anything else getting on to your PC.
 
Im using opera, not for long as its starting to annoy me with its slowness...

Im thinking bout using netscape, not sure though.

Have you set it to block pop ups then? Tools>Preferences>General tab. Choose block all unwanted pop ups OR all pop ups and see how that goes.
 
Yeah, its IE that allows the popups, ive changed security settings but it keeps doing it, but its stopped atm, as soon as i started the scan tbh... but it hasnt started deleting yet so i dont get it..

Not complaining like.
