I'm looking to have a CSS popup on a sites homepage displaying a current offer. What's the best and cleanest way of doing this?

Trying to use Lightbox2 which is working fine but can't get it to popup onload.
^^ Perfect, thanks Trip. I don't think I need to use cookies at the moment though but great to know it's an option (the offer will only be displayed on the prices page).
