Popups

When browsing the internet I keep getting pop-ups through the browser that I am using at the time, I have tried AOL (the ISP) and Firefox.

I uninstalled a program and did a cCleaner scan and deleted stuff.

Is there a recommended program that can stop this?

And also can anyone recommend a good Spam Filter for Outlook Express.

I do have firefox!

I think the pop-ups are coming from a trojan that I cannot kill with AVG.
