Daft. I'm sure she's upset and looking for someone to blame but surely her claims against Porsche are baseless.

Kristine Rodas filed a wrongful death lawsuit in which her attorney, Mark Gerargos, claims that the car was travelling at a safe speed of 55mph (88km/h) on November 30, when it "malfunctioned" and crashed, instantly killing both men.

If it wasn't for the death of two people she will surely be laughed out of court.

I've seen it mentioned that the Carrera GT was 'uncontrollable' and 'dangerous' even when driven within its limits, reviewers have been saying it for years and Porsche actually did something about it a while back (allegedly)

I can't see this getting anywhere. It's tragic that he died, but I can't see any way that they will prove he was doing the speed limit when the crash investigation found to the contrary. They will need actual proof of failures, surely?

Someone I know online who was at the actual car crash said they were doing over 90mph in a 30 zone, so she doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Also the tyres were 9 years old! I believe she has already tried to sue Porsche over some kind of tyre tread issue before it was realised that they never changed tyre.

Like most wives in "high society" LA - gold digger.
