Port forwarding issue

Hello,
I am trying to forward a port to my computer of ip 10.0.0.5 with the port 3290 UDP so i can use an online Air Traffic Control program without being disconnected.

I current have a micronet router and im on Pipex broadband.

When I forward the port to the IP and reboot the router and then use the site www.canyouseeme.org the port still says error.

Any ideas as to why the port isnt opening?

Have you got a screenshot of your routers page what you have configured? It would help to Diagnose the problem alittle to make sure you have done it correctly.
