Port Forwarding - Linsky WRT54GS - Help!

Hey guys.

Trying to play Empire Earth (the first one) with a mate online but it's not letting me host a server because I need to setup Port Forwarding.

Trouble is that it doesn't seem to be working... I've done this before for World of Warcraft when I couldn't access there download manager thing to get a patch and when I had set the port forwarding the settings showed up after I clicked 'Save Settings' yet when I enter them for Empire Earth they just disappear after I've clicked 'Save Settings'

Anyone know what could be wrong?

That's the guide for setting up Port Forwarding for EE on my router, and I've folllowed it perfectly.

Usually portforward.com is spot on in its guides. So I'm gonna take a stab at this question, do you have a firewall running on your machine?

I hate to hijack this.

But I have an AM200 modem and a WRT54G router.

Before I have virgin cable and I could port forward ok.

But now Im on adsl I cant seem to get it to open the port. I have the firewall and router set.

Usually portforward.com is spot on in its guides. So I'm gonna take a stab at this question, do you have a firewall running on your machine?

Only the Windows XP one, and disabling it doesn't help.
