Port forwarding problem

I am having a problem with port forwarding.

I have an older Asus AAM600EV router and im trying to get Limewire to work properly.

I have forwarded the correct ports, 6346 to my Internal Ip address Tcp and udp but the site keeps saying that the ports are closed and Limewire also says that im still behind a firewall,nat router

So im lost, anybody got any ideas why this is not working properly.

are you using any firewall in windows?
if so you would need to open the ports there as well..

I have no third party firewall software and i ahve disabled windows built in firewall.
