How do I forward emule/torrent ports in this setup?

ADSL -> Modem (192.169.1.1) -> dlink-624 (192.168.0.1) (wireless router) -> PC cat5 (192.168.0.5)

TCP/UDP - 46626 and 46726

Do i need to setup the port forwarding on the modem or dlink?

You port forward on the router. Isn't that a cable router you're using with an ADSL connection?

yes it is, modem is a ZTE 831 ii connected to the wan port of the dlink.

As far as I know, just the Router. The modem doesn't have a NAT; it just connects to the interwebs. The Router handles the traffic.

(I could be completely wrong here). :)

So just hop on the Router, enter the port numbers, then give it a reboot. Should work fine after that.

I'll give that a go now.
EDIT = that asks for a static IP, the ADSL is dynamic IP, do i put the dlink or pc IP here ?

Is the ADSL modem bridging the connection?

Modem logs on to the account, dlink connects to modem.
I couldn't get it to bridge :( stupid Origami modem....
