Port Opening/Forwarding (µT)

OK, when I have uT downloading it gives me an exclamation mark that is to do with ports being open to allow good connections. Using the checker in uT it says the port isn't being forward even though I have set the services and rules in my DG834GT(with DGTeam firmware) and enabled UPnP (tried a fixed port number and random port numbers)

I suspect it is something to do with my router as disabling the firewall has no effect and this is the same on two different computers.

Am I missing something somewhere about how to get the ports open as I've followed the guide given on portforward.com but still no joy.

Try disabling UPNP in your router then waiting a few mins and re-enable the UPNP,
OR close down your torrent client wait a few mins and restart your client
Bit of a pain but this usually fixes this for me
I have played with port forwarding specific port too and it never seems to stay fixed for me either
