Portable Camera for Holiday

Hi

I am going on holiday soon, and would like a portable camera (that would hopefully last me a few years). Been looking at the Canon Powershot G7X (found for £429.99) and Sony RX100III (£505.99 via a seller on eBay). Which of these would be better, or am I missing another model I should be looking at?

Had a re-look at budget and can't afford them

What is thoughts of the Fuji XQ1, can get this for £220? Can't find any comments on this forum about it.
