Small form is not my forte, so would appreciate some help here :)

Needs to be able to travel abroad ( by Air ), and run in pretty hot climate - its in the 30's today for example.

I was thinking the BitFenix Prodigy case as it will take a simple watercooling loop ( self contained for transport reasons - Corsair Hydro H60 ? )

Can you spec me a decent system, £1000 budget ?

(No Monitor needed)

Thanks.

Did you need a DVD drive?
Do you need much storage space?
Fairly sure a 120mm rad will fit in the front of a Sugo SG05/06

[not done a spec in a while so may be a bit rusty, but this seems good for the money]

You don't need an i7 for gaming as most games don't utilise that many threads so its generally better to just save the money and get an i5.

Cheaper option (no overclocking):

it keeps temps to about 70-75 under prime 95 blend at 4.4Ghz passive at 4.6Ghz it needs the extra air from the fan i have under it, the fan is silent though so i leave it on and run at 4.4Ghz.

its a tad fiddly to get on btw, if you want a fan underneath you have to remove the black cover and invert it. fit the fan before you mount and choose low profile ram as it gets a little tight.

(Modding required) You can watercool with the SG05 with the rad on the outside but if you use the sg06 it has to go inside which causes a whole bunch of compromises. having used the unbranded H80 in my last rig i would say don't bother the temps we no better than the cooler i have now.

Thanks, presumably at load with the passive NT06 the PSU fan is screaming to remove air? And the fan underneath is a 12mm Scythe 120mm fan? Samsung green Ram? Just finalising the buy list ;)
