Portable generator

If a portable generator outputs 700w and has a 230v plug and a 12v plug will it run a 1600w hoover?!

Is 1600w the output of the hoover but it only requires a 230v plug to run it?

Power is Voltage x Current.

If the appliance requires 230volts to run then it must require less than ~3A if it is to run on the 700w power supply which it obviously doesn't if it needs 1600w to run.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

In short, you're gonna need a bigger genny...
