Right im heading back to uni on monday for a re-sit and need a portable laptop to do some revision on (my current one is a 15.4" acer travel mate and isnt my mate...)
Im thinking something 14" or less would do nicely, as my bag isnt all that big, but cant really decide what to chose.
I was thinking of getting the base macbook with my HE discount for £601 but i cant decide if this is the best option.
Iv also been tempted by a 14" samsung laptop i saw reduced in a big department store for £500, but im not sure on the quality...
My next option is to pick up something tax free at the airport on the way out but im not sure what ill find...
My final potential option is the 8.9" EEE pc that the purple shirts are offering for £300 but im not sure i could cope with the keyboard (iv got pretty big hands)
So anyone got any ideas for what to get to play with over the weekend?
