Portal 2 Physx ?

Was watching this video and in certain sections you can see Portal 2 -

And was wondering if anyone knew if that's in Portal 2 or is it a mod ? Kind of looks like Physx.

Looks like a portal 2 trailer, but doesn't look like any Physix is involved.

the goo is in Portal 2, don't think its Physx based at all

Source uses HAVOK for it's physics.
