I played it years ago but never finished it (I must have been close though).

Last week I installed it again and ran through it in a couple of plays. I finished it yesterday and I just thought I'd put a thread up to say wow! - What a different, intelligent game. A refreshing change and it doesn't look too dated. It worked flawlessly with the 360 pad too.

Many people said the game was too short but to be honest I thought the length suited the type of game. I wonder if the gun will make an appearance in HL3 (or HL2: Episode 3)?

If you haven't given it a try then I'd highly recommend it.

I doubt the gun will appear in HL2:EP3 but you can download a mod to do it for you in EP2!

That sounds fun. Could you tell me more?

Not really! You'll have to google it i'm afraid. Somebody here will know what it's called. It basically just lets you play through EP2 with the Handheld Portal Device. Check youtube for videos.

I've just checked out some videos, it does look fun. I'll have to give it ago if I ever get through my backlog of games.
