Hey Fellas.

I was at our company christmas party on friday and took a bunch of portrait shots.

I ran into a problem processing them because everything was so red, this wasnt so much the white balance being off rather there were just a lot of red lights

I tried playing around with it in lightroom but I think the data just wasnt there, anything else just looked unnatural.

In the end i ended up going b&w/duotone which i thinks rescues them a bit, but my question is - what would you have done in pp? I'm no expert so I'm just kind of bluffing it, and want to make sure im not missing out anything

I would have tried reducing saturation and vibrancy possibly. But if there was that much red light there isn't much you could have done mate. :)

I fiddled with the WB and pulled it all the way down but even at the very minimum everyone still had a very orange cast

It felt a bit uncanny-valley and was really distracting
