Interesting one this. I was just thinking about how men and women are depicted in games. Men [especially leading charaters] are depicted as young, 20-30 somethings, athletic, stubble an option with manly voices. Women are normally shown as 20-30, skimpy outifts with legs and/or breasts a feature, whose role is either to guide or follow male characters, or to kick baddies' backsides into next year [technically 2008 now].

Isn't it great!! :D

Feel free to bring up some points about how this is sexist.

It's not sexist, but it is ****ing dull. Games have a fantastic ability to get players to empathise with them through our direct control of actions, and yet they squander it on tired, cliched plots.

Plots is games are 90% rubbish. Not every game needs a story, but the ones that choose to have one should try a damn sight harder sometimes.
