Parent company for the club has gone into administration, so by league rules the club should be docked 10 points at some point soon... (what happened to us a few years ago when we dropped out the champ)

To be honest I'm surprised the club has been trading this long as its clear half the 1st team are over payed and all the revenue are going to their last set of creditors when the crashed out the prem.

The joker passed the FA's fit and proper persons test, maybe the FA should be docked 10 points for this instead. Think Pompey have had enough to deal with over the last few years without the FA screwing them over again.

Still think the deduction ruling is a joke anyway, doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

This is crazy, Portsmouth seem to run out of luck over the past couple of years. Really hope we can avoid a points deduction, depends how linked the two companies are (CSI & PFC), as far as I am aware CSI were in existence before purchasing Portsmouth so don't know if that hold much of a sway - don't know all of the ins and the outs.

Feels like the club is doomed to having owners coming in and out of the club forever! Just need someone to come in who wants to build something meaningful and stay here for a few years to make that happen. Get us a new stadium and get us building something sustainable.

What pompey need to do is stop messing about giving the club to whichever eastern european comes through their door next. They've been going from one dodgy dealings person to another dodgy dealings person for years.

This! Every owner in the last 5 or so years has abused the club in such a way that they haven't had a chance. Hope they go down and start trading as a real company (like we, southampton, were forced to by the FA) as it was the best thing for the team (don't ultimately want them to go out of business as its no fun not having a rival).

The points deduction is fair as they should not be signing the players the have been if they are basically running on no money, all looking at Benjani, Laurence amongst others who are on stupid wages...
