Hi all

Bought a roccat keyboard off No Compeitors two years ago in march for 80 pounds. It's started playing up, giving me all kind of weird key combinations when pressing one key. Tried reinstalling software, firmware and no improvement. I did email roccat and they offered me a suggestion which I did try and worked briefly but then started having problems on other keys. They said they don't do repairs or replacements I think there based in Germany.

I haven't rang No Competitors. I had problems with them before on a return of which Ive never ordered from them again. I'm pretty certain they'll just say they can't do anything after this time.

Any advice Guys???? And can anyone recommend the best gaming keyboards you guys have?

Cheers all.

Don't buy Roccat.

Don't post in the wrong forum.

Erm, anything else I can think of? :D

On a serious note, I have a Corsair K60 and love it.

Was it the Roccat Isku by any chance?
Competitors are blocked by default so won't show.

What is the warranty period for when you purchased it, I guess it's 2 years.

Yeah it was a Roccat Isku. I have no idea on warranty, but I would bet it's no way over two years. It's gotta be 2 years and 3 months old now. Not that it's hard any hard use. Whats the best way to clean it by the way guys would need to get inside it I surpose???

I gave my G19 keyboard a really good steam cleaning as it was starting to look really tatty......:D

If you do this make sure you unplug your keyboard first and no plug it back in till it completely dry..;)

I used a keypuller on my board as it's mechanical then used x10 cotton buds with alcohol on them in between where the keys are along with putting the keys in a bowl of hot water with fairy liquid.

Pefectly engineered if it starts failing just after the warranty lol.

I am considering a ROCCAT or a K70. Think i'll play it safe and go K70.
