Positioning DVD player

Now that I got my TV on the wall I would like to put a small shelf up underneath (botom left).

On the shelf I would like my vertical Freeview box and a DVD player.

As the TV speaker is at the bottom (see picture) will I get any interference?

None at all. Only time it would make any difference is if the whole thing was vibrating and even then, the magnetic field we are talking about here is so weak its basically going to make no difference even then.
