Positive/Negative Air Pressure

Hi

Can someone please explain the caveats of having positive or negative air pressure when adding case fans?
I plan to have 1 200mm fan on the front intake , 1 x 140mm on the back as exhaust and maybe a couple of 140mm on the top as exhaust. Do the exhaust fans have to run slower than the intake fan to cause positive air pressure and is that best for maximum air flow and heat dissipitation?

Also, I got the Thernaltake V20 mAXT case for my up coming 3080 rig and a 200mm radiator from alphacool.
Can someone advise on the best placements of fans and rad for maximum cooling?

Thanks

Its mainly around dust. If you stuff a case with exhaust fans you generate negative pressure in the case and it'll suck air through all the cracks and dust will be pulled in.

On the other hand if you have lots of filtered intake fans the pressure in the case will be positive and air will be forced out via the cracks, keeping dust down.

Thermally it doesn't really make much difference.
