Hi Guys

I have had my current cpu for 2-3 years now, its a Q6600 B3 revision. I discovered overclocking about a year ago and got my cpu up to 3.3GHz with a corsair H50 with no issues (1.42v). Recently ive had some major problems that i cant solve. It started with the bsod everytime i was gaming, i went down the usual routes, reinstalled the game, reinstalled windows, tryed different drivers for my GPU, ran mem test, put my processor back to stock values and countless other things which didnt fix it. Then i cleaned out my pc case of all the dust and bam! its up and working again to a point. The new and slighty annoying problem is the pc crashes or restarts under heavy cpu load. I can play BC2 for about 10 mins before it crashes/hangs. I think its my cpu because when i now run prime 95 with stock values it hangs after about 3 mins. The only time this didnt result in a black screen prime said i had a ERROR ILLEGAL SUMOUT on core 0. Im just wondering if that my cpu has had to much voltage for to long. All the temps on the system are low, 21c on idle 40-50 under full load for the cpu, 50c underload for the gpu
