Possibile memory error

Good day everyone.

So when i'm gaming i'm occasionally getting two multicoloured horizontal lines appearing across my main display which is 1440p with gsync. These lines will flash up every minute or so.

Then when i shutdown the pc i'll get an error message pop up about the memory.

I've run a ram test and that seems fine so my next assumption is a memory issue with my 1080ti (evga sc2). It is not overclocked either, so is there a was to test the memory?

Just to add, 3dmark doesn't have this issue.

that's a good point, my 5820k is overclocked to 4.2 but that isn't much

well i started getting the lines just now so restarted no kernel error code came up and event viewer is clean so i think the error code is unrelated.

I've downclocked to 4ghz now anyway

So now im stuck as to what to do
