Possible Bottleneck

Hey guys and girls, i wouod just like to ask a quick question,
is my pc being bottlenecked and if so where?

AMD phenom x4 9550 2.2GHz/ AMD athlon x2 6400+ 3.2GHz
(No im not crazy i have the choice of either, depending what i want to do)
Nvidia 9800GT 1GB
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
MOBO= ASUS M3A deluxe.

i mainly use my PC for gaming all the latest game ie: Crysis, Farcry 2, Fallout 3 blah blah blah i can run all these games with half decent frame rates with nearly everything on full whack but
i dont feel that i am getting the performance from my pc that i want or am i just expecting too much from what i have got.

was also recently told that my MOBO was effectively SHI* so i bought a ASUS M3A79, it will be going in tomorrow when it arrives.

My RAM is made by Corsair and it says that the maximum bandwidth is 333MHz although i was going to get some that ran at 1066MHz
and my hdd is made by hitachi but i have no idea how fast it is or how to find out?!
i mainly use the 6400+ because it has the higher clock speed and the main game i play is ArmA and does bode well with quad core at all!
