Possible "cheap" upgrade.

Hi folks. My friend has offered to buy my i7-2600K, P67A-UD7-B3 and 16Gb of RAM from me which mean I'd be able to move to a Rampage IV Formula, i7-3930K and 16Gb of Corsair Dominator for around £250. Unsure wether or not it would be a viable "upgrade" or not. What do you think?

That would depend on what you do with your PC.

Do you use it for anything that will make use of the extra 2 cores/4 threads?

If you do is it worth the extra cost?

u rly only need a i5 and 8gb of RAM for that
i7 and 16gb is massive overkill

Heck IF its cheaper than doing the 3570K alt then do it but if it not I would just go with the 3570K.

Massive waste of money, you won't see any difference with your usage. Keep what you have.
