Okay about 6 months ago i spent just under £1000 on a gaming pc so i should be able to play games ultra this is my setup

Zalman Z11 Case
Arctic Freezer I30
G.SKILL RIPJAWSX 16gb Ram
Seagate 7200.12 1TB
120 GB SSD
Samsung SH-224BB 24X DVDRW
Intel I5 3570K
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7970
XFX Core Series 650 WATT PSU

And when i was playing battlefield 4 the auto graphics were all high with texture on ultra, i also have 60mb internet speed wired and when i put it on ultra i feel abit laggy/jolty it dosent feel smooth and also when im parachuting when i turn it goes all jittery does this on BF3 as well :S, i have all drivers upto date on motherboard and everything so i dont think it can be that and it happened before i evan updated drivers could it be that i have built my pc wrong? because me and my uncle built this and took us few hours tryna figure out were stuff goes so maybe i have done it wrong and something aint working right? I dno but its a shame to have this pc and not be able to play ultra ? so if anyone can help that would be amazing and also can you tell me if my setup should run it in ultra?

stock cpu and gpu clocks?

might be worthwhile a mild oc on both?

using latest amd beta drivers for gpu

Heres a pic of everything on my pc atm i think i did a oc to 4ghz

Please keep images to below 1280px wide or post in
tags like I've done for you above - Rilot

what are cpu temps like? maybe a touch more 4.2 to 4.5ghz would help?

that game is multithreaded so that's probably where your struggling atm idk

put the power control slider to 20% on gpu also,it helps with stability (doesn't add any voltage)

here's a guide for 4.5ghz oc,just enable xmp or setup your ram according to your rams spec/timings/dram voltage/speed ect

Ahhh with CPUZ they have a thing under graphics card to download a bio update / driver thing and i did a scan and this is what im missing

try 4.2ghz first and see if the stuttering is less ect

and yh slide it to 20% in power control for gpu

Define Ultra, if you've smacked everything up including AA/MXAA then it may well be possible that you'll see slight jutters.

BF4 isn't yet optimised so comparing performance on that isn't going to give you accurate results! BF3 shouldn't have any issues, is your RAM set to 1600mhz and all that?

Edit: I recommend you get fraps or something similar to log your FPS throughout a game and see if it's dropping below 60. Have you enabled v-sync?

Okay how do i set ram? because i aint got a clue if i have or not and ill test FPS in few mins once i overclocked and most games im higher than 60fps and i dont enable v-zync

either set the speed manually to 1600mhz in system mem multi

or look for x.m.p and pick profile 1

Okay i did all that and i evan followed the guide and changing everything made my pc crash on 4.5 and 4.2 and i followed the picture to how they were but someone of my stuff was abit diff to the pics so i restored bios and just put it to 4.5 and it has turned on fine and cpu-z shows its giving me 4.5

you might have needed more dvid voltage

what are load temps/cpu volts like?

I would actually wait for the final version of bf4,it could be down to the game itself

idk if it still stutters?

were can i see the cpu volts and load temps?
ALSO ON zpu-z in memory tab it says
DRAM Frequency 667.0 MHz is that good for have 16gb ram?

ram is running @ 1333mhz

you should enable xmp in the bios to get it to run at 1600mhz rated speed

download realtemp to monitor core temps and stress the cpu and look in cpu-z cpu tab to see the voltage

Well i just put it down to 4.2 because i went into bios when i was running it at 4.5 and it was at 65 - 68C :S that is to high right?
