Hi, everytime I have to change or add hardware to my system I get this

For Realtek RTL8139(x)/8139/810x nic pci version 2.1 and then a load stuff about mac address. and then its says hard disk file name missing or something and wont boot until i restart?

I think its to do with my sata 2 ports, I have an old sapphire 939 board and it has 4xsata 1 and 2xsata2 ports and the sata 2 ports have never worked for me with harddrives so i brought this cd drive and plugged it into the sata2 port and i see this message which ive seen before but it dissapeared i duno how i managed to fix it but it pops up now everytime, cd drive works fine.

I cant get my head around why pluggling a cd drive or anything else into my sata2 port causes some audio related error that affects my harddisk booting first time??? Im thinking its maybe some DEP related issue not sure although its not an exe the RTL8139 is a sys file so i cant add it to the exeptions.

i cant wait to upgrade my system so i can get rid of this cursed sapphire board nothing but issues from day 1

tried that all boot from lan options are off, and always have been. Problem reoccurs whenever their is a hardware change but why? I dont understand I relise what it looks like is a attempt to boot from lan but I have check all those options serveral times and they are all off. It seems to be something to do with sata2 ports my harddrives never have worked on them without this error. now I try using them for cd drive it reoccurs again but for what reason? when i can be bothered i will prob take it out and put it back into sata1 but i got to take the graphics card out to get to the sata ports. so i wanted to know if it could be fixed before i have to dismantle the pc again -.-
