Hi - despite my better instincts, I have sold a (what I believe to be) a perfectly decent VTX 7970 on ebay for a fair price - buyer has received it, and has tested it.
He's saying that he can't get it working across 2 monitors - each is fine individually, but he can't get it to output to both. Not sure at the minute quite how he's trying to do it, but the card has 2 display ports, one hdmi and one dvi. Has anyone had any experience of issues running over 2 screens?
Obviously I have marked and photographed the card extensively, but I don't actually think the buyer is trying it on, but I really don't want to get into returns and refunds, so any advice to pass to the buyer would be appreciated.

Unfortunately this is going to continue in the future when graphics card manufacturers remove Analogue VGA from the DVI connection. ATI already do this on the latest Firepro cards.
