Possible faulty 290X?

Hi,

So, back in December 2014 I bought 3 x Powercolor reference 290X cards.

For one reason or another it took me a while to getting around to installing them, and even then I'm only using 1 of them (I might have bought 2 Fury X cards during that time).

So I did a quick check in GPU-z and found the card with the highest ASIC value and decided to use that one.
I've recently been noticing graphical glitching even on the Windows desktop. In games Alt-Tabbing to the Windows desktop and back can sometimes fix it. It's usually quite minor and pretty inconsistent (it can go days without issue), so it's hard to test.

I updated the drivers, didn't help. Changed the DVI cable for an HDMI cable, didn't help.
I've now switched it out for the 2nd highest ASIC card and so far I've not noticed the issue, but it could just be not showing up for now.

So to me it seems like an issue with the GPU, but I'm not sure if it's even in warranty any more and even if it is, it seems like something that could easily be missed and then I get told the card isn't faulty.

What should I do?
